StructureFlow Canada is designed to run locally. All client data, uploaded files, and generated documents are stored on the machine running the application (a local SQLite database and a local file vault). No data is transmitted to third-party services by the application.

Data we store

• Intake information you enter, and entities/assets/liabilities derived from it.
• Generated draft documents and uploaded files.
• An audit log of major actions, and disclaimer-acceptance records.

Your controls

• Export: an administrator can export a client's full record as JSON.
• Deletion: an administrator can delete a client and all related records.
• Backups: the local database file and vault folder can be copied for backup.
